In order to improve the power factor of the power system, parallel capacitor banks are usually used to compensate for the reactive power of the power system. In order to limit the current passing through the capacitor bank caused by high-order harmonic currents in the power system and protect the safe operation of the capacitor bank, series reactors are usually installed on the capacitor bank. This product can operate normally and continuously at a peak voltage of 3 √ 2UN and a rated current of 1.35IN. It can also operate continuously at a rated current of 1.2IN with a total effective current of no more than 35% of the third and fifth harmonic currents. Series reactors and capacitors are connected in series, and parallel capacitor groups are usually connected in a star shape. Series reactors can be connected to the line end or the neutral point end.
