The fully sealed power transformer eliminates the oil storage tank and uses the wing plate of the corrugated oil tank body as the cooling element for heat dissipation. At the same time, it expands and contracts with the increase or decrease of transformer oil, isolating the interior of the transformer from the atmosphere, preventing oil degradation, insulation moisture and aging, and enhancing the reliability of operation. The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, which effectively improves the distribution of magnetic flux density inside the iron core, reduces noise and losses. The coil is wound with high-strength enameled copper wire (or paper wrapped copper wire), with a cylindrical (or pancake) structure, uniform distribution of ampere turns, reasonable insulation structure, and strong short-circuit resistance. The surface of the fuel tank is treated with phosphating and coated with a three proof paint (moisture-proof, anti mold, and anti salt spray).
